Sharon Romeo awarded 2015/16 Maitre d’Manager of the year.

South Australia’s hospitality best and brightest gathered at the Adelaide Convention Centre last night to celebrate industry excellence at the 2016 Savour Australia Restaurant & Catering HOSTPLUS Awards.

Receiving the coveted Maitre d’ Manager award for the second time in 3 years, Sharon Romeo accepted in the proud presence of FINO Executive Chef and business partner David Swain, Head Chef Sam Smith and key FINO Seppeltsfield team members.

As defined by the core criteria, Romeo is indeed a worthy recipient; ‘Awarded to a Maitre d’ Manager whose attitude to his/her job has been outstanding and whose contribution to the hospitality industry has been an inspiration to other members of the staff.’
