Fino Executive Chef, Sam Smith, having worked with David and Sharon for 10 years, upholds this long standing Fino food philosophy. He leads the Fino kitchen team using his skills and vast knowledge to curate plates that express both regionality and seasonality whilst supporting small-scale, sustainable producers.
