FINO Friday’s are back!

 

Pie July

FINO’s signature Shiraz pie will be available for just four Friday nights in July – the 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th.

Encased in a sourcream pastry the pie will feature Hutton Vale lamb, Torzi Matthews olives, tomatoes and Barossa shiraz and will be served with mash, local salad leaves and FINO’s signature sourdough loaf for $30pp.

On these nights we’re also offering “BYBB” – Bring your Best Bottle.  So delve into your cellar and select something special to bring along and enjoy with your pie.*

Bookings can be made by phoning 8562 8528 or online  – please quote “PIE” when booking as pies are made to order.

* Conditions – Bookings essential, no corkage charged for BYBB, limit 1 bottle between two guests.  Sorry no food allergies catered to, however you are welcome to choose from our regular menu.

 

 

Fino Friday’s in August – Cassoulet the Barossa Way and BYBB

Our take on a French provincial classic that celebrates our local producers. Greenslade chicken, SchuAm Pork and our housemade Toulouse sausage will come together into the ultimate one-pot winter warmer. Loralai’s lettuce and house baked sourdough will accompany – $30 per person.

Barossa Gourmet Weekend – Friday, 1 September

Art of the Seasons + Spring Exclusive Dinner – A collaboration between FINO Seppeltsfield  and JamFactory


Join the first of our Art of the Seasons series dinners for an intimate evening in JamFactory gallery at Seppeltsfield, which embodies the harmony of food, wine and design.

A journey will unfold as FINO Chefs David Swain and Sam Smith transform the freshest seasonal ingredients into 5 exquisite courses. Wine chosen by FINO’s Sommelier Sharon Romeo will showcase Barossa’s fine wines.

Serving vessels reflecting the seasons have been created through a collaboration with ceramicists from JamFactory and curated by David Swain and JamFactory’s Damon Moon.

As the evening draws to a close, guests will be presented with limited edition piece commissioned by JamFactory.
