The original Fino was opened in 2006 by David Swain and Sharon Romeo in Willunga, McLaren Vale, always an award winning South Australian restaurant.

In 2014 they were invited to bring that restaurant to join the Seppeltsfield family sharing the cellar door space and overlooking the iconic Seppeltsfield fountain. Fino has enjoyed being a part of our guests food and wine experiences here in the Barossa Valley and has now expanded into the Adelaide city centre with Fino Vino opening late 2019.
